Senior Product Designer
dtcpay is seeking a product designer to join our design team in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our business and engineering team to shape web3 digital payments for our users.

Responsibilities:
- User Research Expertise: Experience in conducting user research that would inform and guide design decisions.
- Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in Figma’s prototyping tools, with the expertise to transform design concepts into interactive experiences.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experienced in planning and facilitating design thinking workshops to support ideation, create UX artifacts, and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Design Systems: Proficient in using design system components to maintain a cohesive visual language and seamless user experience across multiple products and platforms.
- Web and App design: Ability to create responsive designs for web applications, and native UI/UX design for iOS and Android, following best practices for each platform.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective at setting clear design visions, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working experience as a Product Designer.
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A design portfolio featuring web and app projects.
