Event and Marketing Assistant (Intern / Part-time)
As an Event and Marketing Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting our team with upcoming event projects, from preparation to execution. You will gain exposure to the full event cycle, including planning, logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support. In addition, you will assist with marketing activities such as creating event-related content, preparing promotional materials, and supporting social media campaigns. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in both event management and marketing, perfect for someone who is eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
- Support on-site event management, including setup, guest assistance, and coordination with vendors.
- Help prepare event materials, such as brochures, banners, and promotional giveaways.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop event-related content for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends, potential event opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Assist in tracking event performance metrics and compiling post-event reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese vendors.
