In this role, you will define and execute a strategic vision to enhance the value we provide through rewards, benefits, and incentives across all products such as payment, card and crypto swap services. Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for rewards & loyalty products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end product development including conceptualization, design, build, test and deployment by working with UI/UX, technology, operations and compliance teams.
  • Manage external partners in integrating to their solution platforms and setup proper operational/support processes as part of implementation.
  • Develop partnerships with external brands to enhance loyalty program offerings.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to ensure our loyalty programs are innovative and deliver high value to users.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to customize Rewards program to fit regional markets or to execute loyalty-driven email, SMS, and app notifications.
  • Understand/define/track product metrics (e.g. redemption/engagement/retention rates, ROI) and collect user feedback to optimize user experience and performance.
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
  • Act as internal product expert to answer product related questions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science is highly preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a product management/development role with experience in CRM/loyalty/rewards platform and customer engagement strategies highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese team.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to details and data-driven decision making ability.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.

This role will involve implementing and managing security controls, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and collaborating with DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure the reliability and security of cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities:
1. Security Architecture and Cloud-Native Protection
  • Deploy and manage cloud security capabilities, including IAM, CSPM, CIEM, agentless security, IaC security, CI/CD security, and secrets management.
  • Manage xDR capabilities, including configuring and integrating, automating threat detection and response, monitoring telemetry for anomalies, optimizing protection for containerized and non-containerized workloads, and risk metrics.
  • Manage AWS security capabilities, including GuardDuty, Shield, WAF, IAM, KMS, ACM, CloudTrail, etc.

2. DevSecOps Automation and IaC Management

Requirements:
  • Working experience of 5+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in DevSecOps, IaC, or cloud security.
  • Must possess hands-on experience with AWS security services, with a strong preference for familiarity with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and Cortex xDR.
  • Proficient in Terraform and other IaC tools for automating secure deployments.

What you’ll do:
  • Conduct SEO research and website optimization to improve organic reach.
  • Develop a user acquisition pipeline and collaborate with the tech team to implement and track leads acquisition and conversions.
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, PPC) and social media ads (LinkedIn, X.com, YouTube) to increase brand visibility and followers.
  • Lead KOL/influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Implement growth hacking strategies through social listening and forums. 
  • Work closely with the content writer and designer to align messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Provide weekly reports on marketing performance and lead generation.

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Min. 5 years of experience, well-versed in SEO, PPC campaigns, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of using analytics tools to track and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with influencer/KOL campaigns.
  • An interest in or experience with the fintech, tech, finance, or web3 industries.
