In this role, you will define and execute a strategic vision to enhance the value we provide through rewards, benefits, and incentives across all products such as payment, card and crypto swap services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and scale loyalty solutions that align with business objectives while delighting and inspiring our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for rewards & loyalty products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end product development including conceptualization, design, build, test and deployment by working with UI/UX, technology, operations and compliance teams.
  • Manage external partners in integrating to their solution platforms and setup proper operational/support processes as part of implementation.
  • Develop partnerships with external brands to enhance loyalty program offerings.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to ensure our loyalty programs are innovative and deliver high value to users.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to customize Rewards program to fit regional markets or to execute loyalty-driven email, SMS, and app notifications.
  • Understand/define/track product metrics (e.g. redemption/engagement/retention rates, ROI) and collect user feedback to optimize user experience and performance.
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
  • Act as internal product expert to answer product related questions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science is highly preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a product management/development role with experience in CRM/loyalty/rewards platform and customer engagement strategies highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese team.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to details and data-driven decision making ability.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fast learner and ability to thrive in high stress environment.
  • Knowledge of crypto or fintech industries with a passion for the future of loyalty in digital finance is a bonus.

We are seeking strategic and results-driven professionals for Card Product Manager. The Card Product Manager will oversee the growth and execution of our card issuance programs, focusing on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions for both B2B and B2C segments. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and execution of card product programs to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Act as the Product Owner (PO), defining user requirements and driving the successful delivery of card enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners, including Card Schemes, Card Processors, and Card Manufacturers, to ensure seamless program execution, logistics, and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and implement product strategies and business plans to drive growth in card applications and usage across both B2B and B2C models.
  • Define and execute revenue models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in card issuing product management, with a strong understanding of card issuing processes, spending behaviors, and chargeback flows.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in API development, card issuance, and FinTech trends, with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and digital payments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with Chinese teams and vendors.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Plan and carry out business continuity and disaster recovery tests to make sure our company is prepared for disruptions. 
  • Work with teams across the company to identify risks and improve response strategies. 
  • Run crisis simulations and system failover tests, ensuring that recovery plans are effective. 
  • Document test results, report gaps, and suggest improvements to strengthen resilience. 
  • Assist in maintaining business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) frameworks. 
  • Train employees on best practices for handling disruptions and improving response times. 
  • Keep track of lessons learned from tests and real incidents to continuously enhance resilience. 
  • Conduct acceptance testing for new product features, collect user feedback from the production environment, and reproduce data issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT systems or infrastructure testing related to resilience.
